At Squared Coaching, we strive to provide the best possible service/experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking or service. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to manage our schedule and resources effectively. Notification: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. Cancellations can be made by via email. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests: Cancellations or requests made less than 24hs before the scheduled time won't be elegible for a refund. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that life can be unpredictable. Exceptions to our cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as an emergency.
