The way I see it, life is a unity, is whole. We need to learn how to combine (and more often than not, to reconcile) one's work life with one's personal life, relationships and passions.
If you look at my resume and accomplishments, you’d see some big projects and leadership roles at one of the hottest companies in the world. My path, though, has had both incredible joys, but also tremendous struggles. More times than I care to count, I have struggled with fatigue, disillusionment and frustration. Succeeding through that it’s taken a tremendous amount of support from colleagues, friends, and also coaches. I’ve been so lucky to always have had a helping hand, and Squared Coaching is my way to repay in kind.

Exchange as well as 6+ years in Meta launching global and regional products.
In 2021, after 20 years in the US, I decided to move to Peru to give back to my home country, launching Sinkumunchis, a groundbreaking nonprofit focused on providing native and underserved communities access to sports. I am the happiest when I'm helping others reach their full potential and when I'm running through Andean hills.
My areas of expertise are navigating career changes, preparing for job interviews, building strong cross-functional relationships, and people management.

I have spent most of my adult life moving through different countries, searching for purpose along the way.
My love for beauty led me to train and work as an interior designer for many years. Yet, an inner voice kept nudging me toward something different. I longed to work more closely with people - to truly know them, beyond the surface.
Coaching became the answer to that calling, allowing me to walk alongside others on their journeys, witnessing their transformations, learning with them and from them as they shape the future they desire.
In a world that celebrates results, I’m honoured to be part of the process - the unseen part where changes happen.
